Issue of Application Forms

Application forms will be issued after the declaration of Class XII results of the Meghalaya Board of School Education. These forms are down;oadable - see link in the Admissions 2021-22 section.

Note: In compliance with strict protocols issued by the Education Department, Government of Meghalaya the admission process to various courses in government colleges/higher secondary schools in the State of Meghalaya, admission forms and prospectus are made available online. A blended option of online and offline submission of forms is being adopted - the collection of offline submission of forms shall be done in a staggered manner limiting the number of person up to a maximum of 200 per day during office hours. Refer to the notifications in the Admissions 2021-22 section.

Documents to be attached along with the application form:
  • Mandatory - The attested copies of:
    1. All mark-sheets obtained from Class X onwards.
    2. Admit-card obtained at Class showing age/Birth Certificate.
    3. Character certificate from institution last attended.
    4. SC/ST/BC/OBC caste certificate, if applicable.
Submission of Forms

Forms are to be submitted on or before the notified date. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Processing of Application Forms

After due processing, a list of accepted applicants will be notified and granted provisional admission subject to verification and authentication of their original documents as and when required.

Payment of Admission Fees

The selected candidates will be advised to pay the prescribed admission fees before a notified date. Selected students can pay the fees using various online bank transfer/payment portals by RBI. (refer Prospectus for fees)
